  • Top silo with two collecting dust bags, located on the sides of the machine
  • Feeding unit with two introduction rolls with gearbox motor, driven with independent frequency inverter
  • PVC feeding conveyor belt inside the hopper feeder with gearbox motor, driven with independent frequency inverter
  • Spiked vertical apron made of PVC with galvanized pins, which are fixed by wooden slats. The spiked apron is held by a steel construction, where plastic-guide rails are mounted on. Driven by a gearbox motor with an individual frequency inverter
  • The inner part of the spiked apron belt can be reached from both sides through cleaning flaps
  • Equalizing roller, with pin bars, to equalize the fibre goods transported by the spiked apron. The equalizing roller is driven by a gearbox motor with an individual frequency inverter
  • Stripper roller to assist output of the fibre flocks from the spiked apron driven by a gearbox motor
  • Volumetric shaking compacting chamber
  • Feeding chute with vibrating wall and exit rollers. This chute contains a maintenance door with windows. Vibrating wall is driven by a gearbox motor with individual frequency inverter
  • Exit rollers, driven by gearbox motor with independent frequency inverter
  • Exit PVC feeding conveyor to feed the even fibre material to the scale / carding machine
