Pneumatic Accumulator

Composition of the machine

  • Steel frame with protection enclosure up to 2,30m / 7,5feet above the floor
  • The movement of mobile carriage is guaranteed by synchronized chains with shafts
  • Mobile cart moving thanks to pneumatic cylinders
  • Material load is min. 0,01 kg/cm, max. load is 0,1 kg/cm
  • Electronic checking system of tension on accumulator
  • The control system of tension on product is handled automatically by the touch panel
  • A proportional valve is controlled automatically; the tension adjusting on the product is automatic, different pressures can be set in the two phases of accumulation and dis-accumulation, you can parameterize the pressures with proportional system from the beginning to the end of accumulation / dis-accumulation
  • At the entrance or exit of the accumulator will be installed an inspection area with backlight for viewing through the material. Material inspection will be from the left (bottom) side of the material. Material will be guided with rollers to be able to walk underneath the material in order to inspect the material visual from the bottom side
  • Possibility for inspection from right (top) side can be available as well. An additional walkway (NOT included in this quotation) would be necessary

Longitudinal and Cross Ccutting

Technical and mechanical specifications

  • Working width: 2.500 – 7.500 mm
  • Cross cut:1x moving and driven rotating disc blade
  • Longitudinal cut:X x rotating disc blades against cylinder

Composition of the machine

  • One footway in steel between accumulator and cutting unit allows access to the slitting group for manual adjustment (of longitudinal blades) and control of all blades.
  • Steel frame with support cylinders / table to support and guide the nonwoven material
  • One driven cylinder at the entry / one driven cylinder at the exit of the cutting unit for the controlled transport of the nonwoven material through the cutting process. Both cylinders are driven by gearbox motor with independent frequency inverter.
  • Feeding cylinders of the cutting unit with pneumatic opening and closing.
  • Cross cutting blade driven by timing belt and gearbox motor. Cross cutting blade diameter approx. 420mm
  • Longitudinal cut with disc blades diameter approx. 200mm. Disc blades are kept under pneumatic pressure (adjustable) against a tempered driven cylinder. Cylinder is driven by gearbox motor with independent frequency inverter.

Winder

Composition of the machine

  • Steel frame with two cylinders for winding. Rolls diameter approx. 420 mm (16,5 inch)
  • Winding cylinders are driven by gearbox motor and frequency inverter to control the speed of the winder from 0 – 22m/min
  • Winding cylinders are either equipped with PVC adhesive tape or made in metal grip finish according to customers’ requirements
  • Guiding rolls inside the winder for two rolling direction. Nonwoven material can we wound left or right side on outside of roll
  • Guides for accurate winding of rolls
  • Ejection / doffing of finished rolls with pneumatic system
  • Winder is designed to handle cardboard / plastic or other core tubes in diameters from 3 – 4 inches (76 – 100 mm)
  • Winder will be equipped with length counter, accuracy 0,03%
  • Winder is capable to handle roll diameters up to 60 inches (1.500 mm)
  • Actuating controls (push buttons, foot pedal, etc.) according to customer requirements
